DESCRIPTION

Part of the Silence series, Transience works with the vulnerability of wax — a material that a little heat can transform from solid to liquid, just as a tiny sound can extinguish the prevailing silence. The work holds the fragility of silence in physical form: present, solid, apparently stable — but always on the verge of dissolving.
